27 thoughts on “Good Cop DEFENDS Citizen From His Fellow Officers!

  1. basing his opinion with court cases inside the store. Is the same as outside on the side walking. Private company with a boat load of tax payer money. A new low for Audit the audit.

  2. Can’t the cop just observe him for a few minutes to see if what the caller accused him of is accurate? That’s more effective than going up to him and asking for ID. How is ID going to tell the cop if he’s looking through car windows?

  3. Bless this last officer for pretending to be this idiots friend. I do not believe the original officer is in the right with his actions, but this citizen was obnoxious and belligerent. The ability to deescalate is important.

  4. Its disgusting that a cop is allowed to put their hands on you when theyre conducting an investigation…as if they even know what investigating anything means besides harassing everyone for their ID.

  5. This is the FIRST time I am siding with the cops…..This guy on PRIVATE property is an argumentative A$$hole who doesn't know the law or the meaning of assault!!! All he had to do was give him his ID…..I don't think the cop was that much out of line grabbing the guys arm. It was so FAR from an assault!!!

  6. I don't like it when cops over step their authority, but when you get people like this who claim assault for being simply held up,& create more problems than they solve, especially in a state that has stop and identify laws.

  7. The police officer hardly did anything. The man filming is a child. If there was a description of a man doing something illegal… And someone walking around IN THAT area of concern fits that description… AND they try and leave without complying… What the hell else are you supposed to do?

  8. You gave the guy that was wrong on virtually every account a B. And who is patient and put his hands on him initially gotta B- here we go again

  9. I guess if you exercise on private property, you become entitled somehow to take over all conversations on the property. And the officers let him. Sad on all points.

  10. 14:50 this is such a mess 😂 dude asking those cops for a supervisor reminds me of of a bunch of little boys debating on whose sister they're gonna ask to take them to the movies

  11. When they say articulate call a lawyer lol I also can’t stand citizens just start talking loudly because they think they are right . Just verbally refuse their request. But do as they ask. Especially if you’re recording . Because then you can sue from the violation of your rights
