25. Anyone that's been watching the trial know Gunna snitched like a MF.. The main count of the indictment is proving YSL is a gang and not a record label. Yes the jury will get instructions that it was an Alford plea but he can be called by either side at anytime. The State just doesn't intend to use him as a witness because Mount Tounk already came in and said the same thing but he could have been called as a witness against YSL
