Right off the bat the guy in the van is a prick. You can't tell someone to not to something and then not tell them where they can do it when asked. I know that's not a law but that's just curtesy and also a de-escalation step 5:23

I think he had ever right to be filming as long as he didnt breach on the private areas of that prison, he stayed at all times where the public has a right to be, not one single time did he trespass onto private property of that prison, not one time !

But none of the officers were willing to talk to him and answer any of his questions. I believe that should be illegal.
Their policy is literally “If they flee, stop them before they hurt anyone else, by any means necessary.”
The fact that cops always arrest citizens and THEN try to come up with a charge is utterly insane.
If you left a child or you left a pet in a vehicle on a hot day with the windows up you can be arrested for that so why is it that cops get away with this
The arresting officer he asked the other officers if any of them asked for ID so he lied about that and charged him with that and then he also knew the AC wasn't on because you can hear him turning it on when he got into the vehicle so I'm sorry I feel his grade should have been an F🤬
I would I encourage lackluster to better learn the laws of filming in public instead of acting like he knows better. If he’s so smart why do the courts not side with him?
Why do people keep winning lawsuits when lackluster says the opposite. You can’t just be tress passed on public property.
👨⚖️ @16:57 ~ You should point out that the Hiibel Supreme Court decision saying someone can be arrested for not giving their identification was a 5-4 decision, where the liberal justices disagreed with the more conservative justices.

it's pretty hard to take these vids seriously. someone sitting outside a prison randomly filming, literally just trying to start a confrontation to film.
Before going out to do something like this, why not go to city hall or public works and look at their maps so you know for sure what’s public and what’s private. I realize this makes a lot of sense, but perhaps you can get over that and just see the logic in going out prepared.

This is a misleading title video. Nowhere in the video says that the cops were sued. It just says pending . Why don't you make a video where its confirmed that they are sued. I just wasted my time watching this bullcrap
