  1. I remember we had to sign up to "reserve" a copy of ET when it was being released on VHS.. it was at the local Video Hut (back then we didn't have a Blockbuster yet)

  2. Not my sons Smart parents pass on this type of information My boys love learning about all this stuff Never know when that kind of knowledge could help them in the future And most likely theyll be working for someone much older then them at some point in their life and being able to relate to them about the old days could benefit them in multiple ways

  3. Although I love the nostalgic memories of all these things from the past. I do love some things about the technology and all the information in the world we have at our fingertips and how much health care keeps improving as we keep learning new stuff. So while this stuff brings back nostalgic memories. I prefer to stay at where I am.💯

  4. Hearing You've Got Mail. Hearing that was the Best feeling ever. And as I write this my grandpa is yelling at his iPad again. Time to help.

  5. What about the United Colors of Benetton?
They were Everywhere, & so was there advertisements.
Anybody I ask today, (under the age of 40) has Never heard of this store.

  6. The most significant difference between the old crank windows, which were easy to use, and power windows on cars is that the former always lasted the life of the vehicle while the latter often fails within a few years.
