Put clonex in a separate container. Using the main container can allow pathogens to contaminate the non used portion.

Your CM was too low, this the deficiency. IMO rock wool is Better for cloning and I would transplant earlier, long roots is not good.

Try Athena at 6 ml a gallon and add botanicare compost tea at 5 ml a gallon. Shoot for a 1 ec or so with the salt get the rest from some type of organic
My tip for cloning plants is, let the roots grow, before you cut the cloning parts.
You only need cloning balls aka rooting devices.
Easy self maded or cheap to buy.
So you evade that survival modus of the cuttings, because they intantly get their nutritions.
No more leaf tips cutting and such.
Works really good and fast. And it saves at least one week of recreational process.
