48. That’s crazy did I hear him say he’s out on bond but if found guilty he could face the death penalty ? In England if you was facing life in prison let alone the death penalty you would never be out on bond not in a million years . If I could get the death penalty do you think I’ll turn up for my trial date ? Would I bollox I would be off to Asia or Africa on the run were I could get lost and never found or deported. American law is so stupid they give bail and let people back out on the streets again to commit more crimes. Basically if your a millionaire you can commit any crime and as long as you can post bail you will be released. That doesn’t make any sense to me .
