The problem with this whole conversation is, it is built on the premise that the hearsay is true. And much of that is "I know a man, who knows a man who swear he saw…." No offence. The part about who turned down the film said more about the sensitivity of this subject than any declassified file could. The segment on Navy sightings of underwater crafts was new to me too, and it pairs strangely well with the sightings at nuclear facilities mentioned later on.
