I was arrested for the intent to incite, malicious mischief, very similar dumb charge. It’s basically like they want to make an example out of you, but they don’t have anything to make an example out of you, so they make up something to make an example out of you. I beat it. The judge basically laughed at the cops because it was such a reach.

God Bless, may justice be on your side. Here in Tennessee, Gatlinburg back before they moved the rod run to Pigeon Forge, I had to deal with the law for driving thru town. Many were doing burn outs, I wasn't. Didn't matter at the end of town they were writing tickets to everyone, reckless driving. I still remember the THP helicopter overhead with the spot light, it was as of someone had robbed a bank. That was the last year it was held in Gatlinburg. if anything the car meet was a protest/parade, you protested the gov's illegal ruling to deny meetups.. you have the freedom of assembly, and if they try to step on that right then you have the right to protest..
