1:30 The technician was surprised by a raccoon when this truck was in for a service.
1:36 The spark plugs were not properly gapped causing multiple cylinder misfires. New OEM plugs installed and properly gapped.
1:47 Only the suspension was fixed, not the bodywork.
1:57 Surprised the customer managed to drive this in. The ball joint was installed and the four new tires as well.

  2. If Only They were stupid enough to say let me go sell my house to pay my shop repair bills I want you to have all the free money I can dig up. No they don't want to pay for anything and then they want to say you broke stuff to get out of paying for what you did repair for them. I don't miss working for the public in the morons in their cars I bet it's unbelievable with all the language barrier for more than migrants coming from like nine different countries. Have to hold up Google translate and get them to start speaking to see what actual language they're speaking then what from country they came from. And then try to explain to them what's wrong with their car and why their bill is what it is and then how to translate it from their currency to American currency what a nightmare dealing with the public full of migrants and their cars. In Europe they call cars migrant killing machines and they showed a car with the front end ripped off because of the poor driving skills in a civilized European country of these migrants are killing people cuz they don't belong on the roads cuz they're extremely dangerous man it's coming here isn't that exciting

  3. I was able to change my spark plugs in my 4 cylinder Chevychevett 1978 i gaped them as spec one at a time removed one wire at a time to make sure not to mix them up worked fine 😊

  4. Part of me applauds the shop for this but it's also a shop i won't visit. I'll give them benefit of the doubt that they aren't abusing this tactic for more business.

    Not sure what good it'll do calling the authorities anyways.

  5. My grandad drove an old pickup with a manual transmission for many years. My grandmother finally said she wasn’t riding in it because it was dirty, smelled, and had no AC. She made him buy a car. I can’t tell you how many times I had to go to their house because granddad couldn’t get the key out of the ignition. The car was an automatic and the key wouldn’t come out if it wasn’t in park.

  6. 0:05 I mean… Forget about reading the manual. She could and should have called Lexus customer service instead of fire dept. I'm not expecting the fire dept to know how to open luxury cars but I definitely expect the certified dealership to know how. Unless she was in a true emergency in her own sake (which i'm guessing she was) and had no one else to turn to at the time.

  7. I was selling new Chevys in the early 2010s, the Corvette does that same thing,I showed everyone i sold exactly how that works, and had them do it themselves one time, no one does little stuff like now anymore i bet☹️

  9. Thats a brand new Lexus, how do some people have lots of money to be stupid? Here I am driving a 35 year old Lexus and know basically every square inch of it.

  10. Once, a long time ago now, I was driving a commercial motor coach that was 45 feet long. The exit from the freeway I needed was under construction. The construction crew didn't give me enough turning radius to make the left hand turn off of the freeway (even though this was an exit for a major amusement park with about 100 45 foot long coaches coming in every day). I squished that orange barrel with both rear axles. It was hilarious. (Please don't try that in a small car or even pickup.)

  12. My youngest son, 36, brought his car down to my house to do a brake job because they weren’t working well. Pulled the right rear, discovered his blue tooth rotor was clamped into the caliper. We got new rotors

  13. Had a new Camaro owner come by asking how to roll the windows back up, it wasn't working..The switches pushed down to go down and lifted to raise. A corvette customer thought he had a special "Racing" model of vette as it had no lights, he was disappointed when I showed him the very obvious light switch and how to use it. These new cars came with owners manuals.

  14. Imagine making the call to 911 I can't get out of my car ! I would have at least googled how to open door, on the specific model before calling 911 but People are Stupid !!!

Are the fact that the customer couldn’t get out of your own vehicle and the fire department showed up and could not get them out of their own vehicle in my opinion doesn’t make the customer or the fire department stupid it means the manufacturer is a fucking idiot most people don’t know what a spark plug is most people think transmissions run off of magic and fucking rainbows and you had a manual bypass why would the customer know that
