33 thoughts on “Judge Abuses His Authority and Gets Investigated

  1. It’s ridiculous because he is a judge. But yet the average person would have been pulled out of the car for acting this way. He should be hold to a higher standard and treated worst just because he knows the law and handling the situation as such. And the cop on the phone should be fired also for letting him drive on a expired license

  2. I personally feel that the judge should face the charges listed in this video and also should be required to attend "anger management" sessions in addition to losing any position as a civil servant.

  3. The judge is entitled and indignant that the rules of the masses apply to him. That is not the proper way to handle a traffic stop, especially if your a judge. He is a judge for the power of the position. He is a legend in his own mind.

  4. Even if he is a judge I presume he has the freedom of speech? He can be as angry and call the officer whatever he likes. He should follow the conduct though but since he was in private I presume the amendment trumps the conduct.

  5. Now imagine whenever you go to court you could have a judge just like this! If this would've been a citizen doing this, same behaviors, no way they'd be able to make a call and get away with this crap!! They'd be on the ground and arrested, thrown in jail possibly beaten by the police. WHAT A CORRUPT SYSTEM!!! I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT OUR POLITICIANS ARE DOING IN THE WHITEHOUSE…..😮

  6. Holding a Cellphone while driving is using it as there is no way to say if they were or were not using it as with a single button push the phones is off…so holding it while driving is using the phone and a court would hold it a valid ticket

  7. It’s very simple We don’t need judges police politicians or anyone privilege because of wealth or status set themselves above any law including intimidation disrespect or humiliation.

  8. Disgraceful conduct by the judge, he should apologize to the police officer in Pearson, he should be struck off for abusing his authority, it was utterly disgraceful, also the other people should be investigated, hats off to the police man, in trying to do his duty, pity they didn't do him for driving on an expired driving licence

  9. It's super scary how a judge like this can exist, It's one thing for terrible cops to exist who didn't really have to work their way up through a system but simply complete training and past tests and therefore it's not crazy to see people who shouldn't be cops end up passing the low bar needed to become a cop, but a Judge? Judges are typically the most respected people because of their incredible knowledge of the laws and to dedicate their lives to serving the people and ensuring proper justice is served as needed, how can someone like this be a Judge and not have raised any flags or invested prior to this stop. Did the judge just suddenly snap and go crazy just at this moment? Did something happen to him mentally that suddenly made him no longer a person who should be a judge. or has he always been like this but because he's a judge everyone always looked the other way until now? So many questions. I would think that all his cases need to now be reviewed by another judge, because we cannot trust any of his judgments now, clearly. I am betting he's done this type of thing in the past but because it was never on video he got away with it due to his status.

  10. what’s crazy is had he not been a dick from the start he probably would have been let go with out a ticket. 😭 literally before the cop could even get a word out about why he stopped him, he was being an asshole

  11. I think this judge has some kind of dementia. Forgetting to pay at Walmart more than once, forgetting to renew his license, getting hysterical over the traffic stop could all be attributed to dementia. He needs to be medically and psychologically examined. If it's NOT dementia, this guy is a huge entitled ass who has no business being a judge. And to call the officer "your boy" is outright racist on every level.

  12. You know if he, just was mellow and said “yeah it fell between seats and I just fished it out” they would’ve said okay have a great day. But nnnoooooo.
