First time I see a cop not going full ego mode and just illegally arrest a citizen.

i didnt care for the officer, BUT i did enjoy how he spelled it out for the guy
weaver did a good job..the call was about a little girl that might be in trouble so he got nervous and sided with what he thought was in the best interest of the little girl in the car even though he didn't have all the info. this guy is great compared to a LOT of the other blatant Aholes on the other vids

That was a misleading title, click bait 🤣
Everyone is praising him for being polite and "learning".
Listen to his statement…he never says he was wrong. He just states his investigation leads him to believe he cannot order him to identify the man he detained. He never admits he detained him illegally, and I didn't hear him apologize for it. And we don't know why the deputy advised him to let him go.
This orifice is totally ignorant of the law, way out of his depth, and should be redeployed directing traffic on the freeway.
That police officer is the MAN!
Mr Double KNEW not only the legal concepts, but he knew the jargon of the dispatch and police, which likely put the cop on more of a defensive and cautious posture that he probably would not have taken with any other citizen who was not as informed as Mr Double. But the officer DID do a pretty decent job of remaining calm and level. One of the better ones we have seen on this channel TBH.

If a child is involved, the adult should be held responsible. Allowing a child, especially a 12 year old, to run naked in public is not normal and the adult should be detained and be investigated

I really like that police officer. He definitely is one of the few who truly cares about serving the community. He definitely learned and going to become one of the best officers out there I'm sure! We need more people like him!

If there's a twelve-year-old naked child don't you think you should be looking for the child instead of harassing somebody. You should have gone straight to the person that reported this what is wrong with you. Shows how smart they are. As bright as a burned-out bulb. 😱

Looking for naked teen search yet conducting investigation. First no suspicion but ask for ID and after refusal then he becomes suspicious and interfering.
