The Migos have been going through one of the coldest break ups in Hip Hop history. Unlike NWA, not even the death of their mutual friend Takeoff was able to mend the relationship. I decided to really dig and do research as to what happened. It might be a hot take – but I truly feel that things soured when Cardi B and Offset began dating in 2017. From here, Offset would also do some messed up things to Quavo behind his back (allegedly) that was never addressed thoroughly. Takeoff’s passing was the anchor – but it also showed just how deep the conflict goes, as Quavo and Offset have yet to settle their differences in the public eye. These days, the 2 rappers are completely separate and are on their own path.

It wasn't because of the dice game, you can say it was the precursor. But they were already hanging out for awhile after. They kept antagonizing Quavo and he thought because he was close to leaving, hr said before somebody gets hurt. That line alone was what set it all off. Not a dice game.
