I have a hard time with trusting any product with being identified as "Organic".For one I would not know how to verify. As of yet where I reside there are no growers .So from "Farm to to Reefer" get to know the grower much like a Cider Mill with all the goodies.

If you live near a Friendly's , you can go there and ask them nicely for a couple of 5 gallon pickle buckets, they just might give 'em to you. They run them through the dishwasher and stack them up in the back.
