7. The huge factor that everyone leaves out is that there is no evidence showing that Durk was the mastermind at all. Vonnie was Vons cousin. That’s plenty incentive to set it up himself when he got the drop. Do people not realize that they have to prove that Durk actually planned it all out, told them to do that, and paid them? It’s easy to assume Durk’s guilt, but assumptions isn’t “without a reasonable doubt” evidence. It’s not evidence at all. What evidence specifically shows that Durk told them to do anything? How much did he supposedly give them? Where’s any paper trail at all?
