The United States, in many ways, is truly a disgusting and sick country. That’s probably why the United States now has a larger jail and prison population than the prison populations of China, Russia, and Saudi Arabia put together. My favorite part is at 2:03:10: “Fuck the American government! What have they done for me, besides violate my rights?!” 👏👏👏

10. Intelligence agencies must work in between the lines of the law with carve outs and such in order to operate as best as possible. Who decides that is a tough question. And even if you had the best people making the decisions. There’s no guarantee people would like those decisions.

    I feel people are being seduced into glorifying dissidents and though it needs to always be heard it is not the North Star in all situations on all issues.

    Retreating to only being for one’s self once you personally feel sufficiently dejected is probably not a healthy form of patriotism and should not be encouraged cause just like the first thing mentioned everyone has different thresholds.

    We can muse on natural law and theology even all day long but without the government acting a silhouette within which we can simulate true freedom; we will be subjected to whatever emerges from the most ambitious, intelligent, and power hungry individuals. All those philosophical assertions may be true in heaven, but not on earth.

    This is so much more of a nuanced topic than people want to admit sometimes.

11. Whistleblowers are traitors, end of discussion. It is altogether wrong to oppose the government of one's residence and it's very unwise to oppose foreign governments. I would hold this belief even if it was not against my faith to oppose my government. For starters, the US Constitution is the finest document ever penned by human beings. It's not perfect but it is mankind's best effort at self rule. The only thing greater is God's Kingdom, ruled from heaven by Christ. Daniel 2:44. If people have an issue with the laws of the land they may appeal to the USSC and all valid complaints, with God's help, will get a hearing. The guy in this broadcast that is working for the Russians is a self righteous ingrate.
