45 thoughts on “Law Student OWNS Cops!

  1. What???? B-

Come on. Slight bating 20/20 hindsight. I saw that smile. Gotta keep a poker face on these. B minus! Bro gonna be an A+ lawyer tho

  2. Just the fact that he’s a law student makes it more probable than not, that he is old enough to have and consume beer. It sounds like they’re trying to enforce one of the colleges rules.

  3. Plot twist. The Student in this one is the same student in another episode on this channel titled Cops arrest Law student and are Forced to let him go.

  4. Supreme Court has ruled police are allowed to lie to the public to further their investigation. The "threat of arrest" will not stand up in a civil suit. The officer can simply say he lied about arresting the individual to further his investigation by getting ones ID.

  5. As a human, you shouldn't have to give your name, address, or birthday to anyone, no matter who they are or what position they hold. It's intrusive and only used to incriminate people based on those details.

  6. I don't under stand why we should have to follow the law when the people who are supposed to enforce it don't follow the laws themselves. And to be fair the kid was pretty professional about everything until the cops threatened him. I think he didn't speak his mind enough actually. These interactions are the real reasons people don't like the police and we need a full government reform or things will be getting spicy for the police this next decade.

  7. i agree with the cops 100% bro like wtf. they were so nice and they actually had suspicion he commited a crime. showed him the law that he was violating by not revealing his identity. this kid just wants to cause problems with police

  8. Feels like a case of good job but highly unnecessary. If you have reason to suspect the cop is going to try pant stuff I'd be all for it but this feels like it's just being defiant for the sake of it. Unless ofc if the allegation was true.. Usually, I'd not side with the person breaking the law but this was about teens having beer so 👍 in that case this guy is the fucking bomb

  9. Wow this guy had a separate video with another way of schooling cops. Now I think he sets these ups to make cops look bad. It’s crazy! All this for clout.

  10. @audittheaudit can we discuss double jeopardy??

It’s rarely ever ever discussed BUT it happens .

What about a retaliatory type action that somehow got fumbled and led to Even worse misconduct . Kidnapped off the street and kept in jail for days essentially punished twice .

It was called a clerical error

  11. hes not a “law student “ hes in undergrad majoring in pre law , law school is a different animal. if this is U.S, if mexico then its easier to become a lawyer

  12. I dissagree with you with the (A) i personally think that he should get a (A+) because he has all the rights to bad mouth anyone which is his freedom of speech and that he knew his rights/amendments.
