The main problem is that the voice is mutet on encounter. The second problem is that he walks towards a officer after he notice he got a weapon. And actually seems to behave differently to the white officer…. Boath parties aint in their best but a C- for boath seems fair.

This shit show is why Virginia took seatbelt usage off the list of offenses Officers can pull you over for. I’m so sick of my tax dollars paying the salaries of these guys who are obviously in it to wield power, not to protect and serve.
