I remember being @Pine Knob they dropped the Drowning Pool background but that was it and word got out fast in the audience what was up and why they havenโt taken the stage RIP Dave (One of the first newer bands I could listen without changing a track)
Still listen to songs from that album till this day..
Especially when re-watching DBZ movies
Yeah tribute nice Corey, I too salute to Drowning Pool and Dave dude first album is Fire . Thanks Dave I like singing your songs
pretty sure his parents knew him before you did corey
He also hung out with Dimebag
For real, one of the best albums ever written. Every song is a banger imo
Ill never forget i was literally at his last show in Indy at ozzfest he went hard
First band I actually saw was drowning pool back in 2002
It's nice to hear Dave come up. Drowning pool put an album out that was great straight through….. put another vocalist on it and it's only a decent album. Dave is one of the few vocalists whom I've seen that I would say was a stronger live singer than even Corey, which is a feat in itself, and probably the strongest live vocalist I've ever seen, and I've seen a laundry list…… the only person that compared to him live, and also sounds far better live than in studio is Pete Loeffler of chevelle.
Iโm one of those ppl. Loved them and still do. Tearing away is such a good song probably my favorite but I love all of it. Step up is bad ass too. I met the lead guitarist at a show unexpectedly once. I walked off and went to the balcony after they finished it was closed off but I went in anyway. Seethed came on and he walked in with his girl. I shook his hand and didnโt say a word and left them alone. I really wanted to tell him how Iโd only came to see them and Iโd loved their music since I was a kid but I didnโt want to be rude.
The first Drowning Pool album still makes me sooo happy! Outside of the inherent greatness of that album (musically and lyrically) the thing that has always made me love it more is that even with the emotions involved in the songs there's no cussing! It actually broke my heart when the second album came out and had a parental advisory (I didn't know when I saw the second album that he had passed).
I saw Drowning Pool at Ozz Fest a week before he passed away in pine knob or DTE in Michigan
sinner is a top 5 metal album of all time. prove me wrong
I don't care about anyone else but me.
Rip
Sinners is such an underrated album, used to play gears of war and halo to it back in the day with my little brother
I had that cd in Elementary school, still one of my favorite , was one of my recommendations for Machine Head"s HappyHour. <3 the Drowning Pool – Sinner , cd. slid that cd out almost every day lol

Reminded is an amazing tune
He looks exhausted in this interview dude. Damn.
I'm tearing away is my favorite song.
Dave "STAGE" Williams was amazing
Theyโre still in rotation on my playlists ๐
Thank god somebody remembers Drowning Pool, Underrated band
I'll never forget Dave or that album I play it regularly and know every word to every song it's a huge part of my life and I was in total shock when I heard of Dave's passing
I was there the day they were supposed to hang out. Some door was playing their first show at the first lazer 103.3 fest and drowning pool was supposed to play and he died 2 days before the festival.
miss you :/
R.I.P. Dave…He was just an amazing singer and yes that album still goes hard and I listen to it and still blows me away ๐ค
Yet Corey's solo albums suck
