2. Yes, exotic cars depreciate, but there are some exceptions. I only rent out Urus's; I have two, and they don't depreciate much. I bought them both lightly used from a Lamborghini dealership for about $200,000 each, and if I were to sell them both right now, my clients having added on about 10,000 and 15,000 miles, respectively, I think I could get my money back on the vehicles by maybe just taking a 10–20 thousand dollar loss.

19. never wanna be the middle man? first of all this guy is a middle man! he has investors like all the other rental companys second of all, im a middle man and make over 150,0000 a year and when a car gets totaled and they have to sue the client i dont even have to worry about it.

23. Alright this dude is the most negative human being you can find. He runs an exotic car rental business but always says how bad it is to do so. Well if it is so bad why doesn’t he get out of it. If he is this bright according to him why not get out and do something else. Oh right he now does YouTubes telling people how horrible it is to run this business. The truth is that he hates the competition and tries to avoid it. He has money and influence now. If it is so bad why not do something else.

    Then he goes on to talk about airbnbs and cars in the same line. That shows these guys have tiny brains. Real estate always goes up in inflationary environments. That’s why house prices are going up. Also airbnbs are cash flow machines and if bought at the right places generate vast amounts of income. In addition you get the protection from inflation. Worst if anything happens you can always long term rent the properties. I have been doing it for the last 7 years and quit my job and that’s all I do! Btw I had a high paying technology job.

    Anyway if you listen to this guy you’re better off working at Walmart because starting any business is a bad idea.
