  1. Holy shit, I'm floored! This was a work of art and an absolute dream! I was glued to the screen the whole way! Well done!!!!! To think this is free to watch on YT!

  2. Finally got around to watching this episode. Holy cow this production is amazing Kev! I would love to see this kind of style with your usual narration and script. If you were to pitch a documentary show to a network I genuinely think you have a great shot

  3. I'm a huge fan of Epcot. I'm going to show my age and say I was 15 the first time I attended in 1982. I was instantly smitten and as a now Florida Resident Passholder, Im still discovering places in Epcot I never knew were there. As a teenager, I saw things there I never thought possible in my lifetime. Yet, here I am, watching a mini-computer in my hand while communicating with you. Epcot made the future seem so optimistic while looking at the past with deep nostalgia. You have managed to put all of that into one video. Bravo!!!!

  4. This video probably could have been just as effective with a 30 minute runtime. Lots of fluff. "I would have written a shorter letter, but did not have the time."

  5. This was beautifully done but it was really missing your voice in more ways than one. You put so much personality into your videos, so this almost felt like another’s channels work. I understand that alot of hard work went into this, but I do look forward to a return to your old style.

  6. Honestly, Walt would be so proud of you! You took the spirit of Epcot and you used it to really make an experience unlike any other. Fantastic job! Also as someone who loves mapping and GIS, your maps filling in with fhe development of Epcot was absolutelg amazing and the best use of historical imagery I have EVER seen in my life!

  7. I do prefer the OG narration due to the fact that I have ADHD and Dyslexia, so this kind of video is harder for me to understand and focus on. However, still really enjoyed this. Such a cool concept! You and your team should be so proud. This was the perfect video to experiment with!

  8. MAAAAAN…. I hate not being an old fogie… all I know is the current World Showcase and nothing much up front… the early concept looked very interesting and something that Disney should re-envision for current EPCOT

  9. I wish I had the words to do justice to the work you've done here.
    Magnificent.
Truly expands the horizons of documentary filmmaking.
    I cried.
    Shockingly, painfully, repeatedly brilliant.
    A masterpiece.
Well worth the three and a half hours you're going to spend watching, rewatching and rewatching it again.

  10. For the love of all that us Disney – you must enter this into a film festival. As someone who is neurodivergent, the sensory experience is unreal. In the best way I normally put your videos on in the background because I know a bit about Disney too and your voice is so soothing but this I couldn’t look away from for a moment. Half way through I had to stop watching on just my phone and put it on the big screen and turn the lights off and I already know I’m going to be watching again. Please enter this in festivals!! ❤

  11. This is seriously something special. One of the best pieces of visual media I've ever seen. This is the kind of thing that film as a medium is meant for. Absolutely incredible.

  12. I've been watching you folks for years now, and your hard work documenting the history of Disney has been second-to-none. However, this is, without a single doubt, the most ambitious project you folks have ever put together, at least in my eyes. It is easily one of your best–if not the best–of the videos on your channel. Seriously, this is cinema-worthy, and also worthy of a Blu-Ray / DVD release. You really should consider either of those options, if at all possible, as I believe this would impress an audience way beyond YouTube.

  13. I'm always one who looks forward to your artistic pieces. It is blasphemy that your documentaries have not been utilized for distribution for theaters (or you can consider making an independent company for yourself.) I hope you're doing well, Kevin!

  14. NETFLIX ARE YOU SEEING THIS!?!?!?
But seriously, this was amazing. Its awesome seeing the style of videos evolve and seeing yout experiment with new ideas is incredible. Keep up the good work, but not too hard (don't want another Animators Retreat incident)

  15. You said in your Disney theme song video you wanted to become recognized as a "Documentarian" or an "Artist". This video proves you are neither. You're a creative visionary surpassing both of those titles!
