1. I believe if you are Press. they can only Trespass you if you are in common areas breaking the law then they can ask you to leave and Trespass you. Maybe I don't know what I think I know. He was leaving while they followed him and when he got to the door to outside they arrested him. 16. to be honest, the building supervisor even wanted him to leave, and if it were any other situation of a person in a place where the owner/manager wanted them to leave and they refused, your opinion would be different, and more correct. regardless of why he was there or who he is or what he is doing, doesn't matter, if i want someone off my property they get off my property, period. reporters or anyone else doesn't get some special pass because they happen to be "live on tv". it's not my problem they are on tv or in the middle of a thing, that's their problem to deal with…

The city officials, including the police, should have been punished. Simply dropping the charges is not enough.
