48 thoughts on “Cops Arrest Journalist LIVE ON AIR!

  1. I believe if you are Press. they can only Trespass you if you are in common areas breaking the law then they can ask you to leave and Trespass you. Maybe I don't know what I think I know. He was leaving while they followed him and when he got to the door to outside they arrested him. What a bunch of clowns these cops are especially the Chief and the General and they both should know better.

  2. What is this venue? It looks like a high school gym to me. Did an actual administrator of the facility ask for the trespass? Is it an army, national guard or police department facility?

  3. "Major General Liar"
The cops are trying to help control the narrative and not allow outside journalists, that are not controlled, to ask embarrassing questions.

  4. to be honest, the building supervisor even wanted him to leave, and if it were any other situation of a person in a place where the owner/manager wanted them to leave and they refused, your opinion would be different, and more correct. regardless of why he was there or who he is or what he is doing, doesn't matter, if i want someone off my property they get off my property, period. reporters or anyone else doesn't get some special pass because they happen to be "live on tv". it's not my problem they are on tv or in the middle of a thing, that's their problem to deal with…

  5. Trespassing for what reasons? From a school? Places like this are often used as voting locations….can a voter be trespassed from polling location? Slippery slope

  6. Anyone notice how white during this report arrest as soon as the rest of the press realizes that he is being arrested and the state trooper closes the door to stop and block the cameramen from recording this .

  7. While watching this, I could feel my adrenaline flowing and chest burning. The First Amendment Rights, especially with the press, is protected. The city officials, including the police, should have been punished. Simply dropping the charges is not enough. The news station should Sue the crap out of the city and I hope the Governor chewed those city officials out.

  8. The Major General has no business interjecting himself in a civilian law enforcement situation. He should be ashamed of himself. He has no authority there.

  9. So how do you have a journalist show up, with a scheduled slot….and the owner doesn't know!…I think the the owner of the meeting is corrupt, so he got him arrested…to get rid of the evidence…We The People should investigate this individual!!!

  10. I do not stand with any members of the main stream media, that being said just because I don’t agree with them I still think that these officers were really in the wrong and this man needed to be able to report on something that even the Biden admin would not comment on.

  11. its cos he is a blay-ack in a white town of racist whites who hay-ate blay-acks. As a former Veterinarian, I am not surprised that any General doesn't have respect for animal rights.
