  1. He should have just left when he was told, i have anxiety disorder and i don't act like this, that's just an excuse… He ran his mouth to be an asshole

  2. Unless I'm mistaken there's a dude in the background doing chest compressions by himself. The last thing I'd want as a first aider in that situation is for one of my team to be wasting time questioning another person on the scene.

  3. We need to end qualified immunity. As a tax payer, I'm tired of these cops racking up court cases of abuse of power only to have the city, state, or county have to pay for their out of control abuses and egos.

  4. No one seems to hold subordinates accoutable for not objecting to clear violations on rights. The culture of silence is worse than the rouge cop

  5. It was a crime scene, but it was also an active MEDICAL EMERGENCY scene!
Detective Rivera was probably hoping the shooting victim would die quickly so he could do his crime scene investigation. Or start setting up his perimeter tape and evidence number markers first while the poor soul bled out.

  6. What if he just had a ptsd episode and didn’t realize it. Like I’ve never seen one, but what if this guy pulled up on someone shot randomly and his instincts and/or ptsd kicks in. He’s trying to do his job and now he has a dickhead detective screaming at him preventing triggering even more problems.

I don’t know what he’s seen or been through nor do I want to but like he said he has anxiety and ptsd and someone screaming won’t help that. I’ve been diagnosed with both myself and someone screaming at me wouldn’t solve anything when I’m freaked out I’d lash out too.

  7. We the people need to band together and put police unions in check, they protect and serve tyrants. Also, police should be subjected to more stringent psychological evaluation. If they don't have the mental stamina for the job, they should be disqualified from doing any police work. Too many people just don't understand that tyrants are attracted to law enforcement.

  8. Why would the detective order Garces out of the crime scene when he was clearly being interviewed by an officer? Detective rolls up to a crime scene and immediately knows who’s involved and who can be released? What kind of investigation is that? Garces admitted to putting the gun in his car. The gun will have his prints on it. For that alone, Garces should have been detained as a suspect. Garces says he was performing cpr, but that shouldn’t automatically disqualify him as a suspect. Theres a lot of loose investigation work going on there. If I ever kill someone, I hope this detective is heading up the investigation.

  9. Are any of you SICK AND TIRED of seeing police act with impunity?Suing does nothing to change their behaviour because you the tax payers pay for them to act like this.Until lawsuits come out of the police pention fund or their actual wages nothing will ever change.Maybe force needs to be met with force.

  10. As a corrections officer, I just know when he calmly said "Oh really, pain compliance?" That just shattered that cop's ego, lil bro should probably hit the gym before trying to be a tough guy😂
