30 thoughts on “Steve-O’s Emotional Plea to Bam Margera: ‘I’m Braced for News of Your Death’

  1. It's because Steve-O knows the place Bam is in as an addict himself and Johnny doesn't. When you don't understand, it's hard to empathize. They should have never excluded him from Jackass. I believe between Dunn's death and feeling betrayed by not being allowed to spend months with friends is what has catapulted him to a place of no return. They really turned his ass away when he needed them. Props to Steve-O for trying during and after the fact, it just sucks. You don't let money and a TV contract exclude your friend, you say "Fuck you I'm not doing it unless Bam can come".

  2. I am 1 year sober. I was dying to bam
It's really hard work to fix yourself, but trust me brother its so worth it.
I have five children to live for, and I can honestly say now I am an amazing father because my judgement isn't clouded.
    Iife is better sober

  3. At this point Steve O should give up on him it’s clear he doesn’t want help or want to get clean he’s to Fixated on playing the victim and too much in his own world there’s only so much you can do to help and after a point you gotta let go and it’s hard to see a friend lose themselves but at a point they gotta figure it out themselves bam will figure it out the hard way I am not sorry but Steve O just has to let go now if bam wants to sulk and mope and play victim and get high he’s gonna have to live with consequences of it

  4. What an upside down world we live in where Steve-O is the one trying to get his friends clean and is the sober, stable one. RIGHT? hahah no clue how that dude himself didn't die back in the day.

  5. Look what Steve o is basically saying is you better comply(recover) or else you will be sacrificed. Bam has been speaking out. He’s never been the same since they had to sacrifice Ryan Dunn for jackass franchise. Just like Paul walker and fast and the furious.
Steve o and Johnny Knoxville are gatekeepers.

  6. Two of his best friends who are sober have had very different paths to recovery. Steve-O's journey was a rare one given how messed up he was and that once he decided he was ready, he did it.
Brandon Novak was the complete opposite and had probably more rehab stints than Bam, but persistence got him to where he is today.
I don't condone what Bam is doing, it's actually really sad to watch such a public car crash which is his life…but having been an alcoholic myself who is now sober it ain't easy to get sober and maintain it. Steve-O always brings up how hard statistically it is for an addict to beat their addiction.
I sincerely hope he does get sober to save his life.

  7. Honestly that POS Bam for years treated so called friends of his like absolute shit! He acts like his son means everything to him yet he continues to show it’s all about him! Loser!

  8. Hey bam I’m sorry that you lost your best friend Ryan Dunn I really am and I’m sorry that you’re hurting but damn it bam you need to get your shit together and move on and start living life to the fullest life is to damn short for sadness and grief you need to just move on and do your best living life and watching your son grow up into a man.

  9. I feel Steve-O, recently had an old friend OD and the news wasn’t surprising to me, when you know a person is heading down that path and you’ve tried and tried to help at a certain point all you can do is accept their fate. It’s sad and makes you angry in a sense but that’s how it goes
