42 thoughts on “Cops Get Sued After Making Up Fake Laws

  1. well you sure cant make disturbing noise at night right, how do you mean that would be fair to neigbours? I dont want my neigbour to drill and make construction work in the middle of the night, there must be some kinda law of making loud noise at night.

  2. Oh my god. " is that illegal?" Cop says " it sure is when its this dark" see , whats wrong with this country is that Simon Says has become law whenever a cop or anyone in a position of authority feels like it, and in their minds its perfectly okay, because, ahem… they are the law. Other examples of Simon Says laws include laws that ban specific features of firearms. " its illegal because i say it is" no rhyme , no reason and, definitely no common sense. Then theres the fact that , that female cop is a fuckin racist.

  3. They need to be glad she didn’t delete them ijs you can’t be a person of color and do anything! Slave patrol stopping and searching if you have your papers smh!

  4. This is a great episode that highlights something I encounter regularly with people who dispute authority. It's not that the constitution doesn't protect you, it's that those entrusted with authority have been given sweeping measures to, at times, circumnavigate those protections. There's a big difference between theory and practice. I can't help but think, in spite of misinterpretations auditors have, the fact that they are standing up against abuse of power makes me hopeful the qualified immunity considerations will be revised.

  5. Why is constitional rights not a class in hogh school. Oh but when you turn 18 and usually graduate at….. the government can arrest you and charge you for sometimes unlawful reasons and cpnditions so this seems like a good analogy…. ❤ it's like fighting a Steamroller with your hands tied. And people wonder why people keep killing cops and more the time I hear people shooting people up for no reason

  6. It's funny because I've had experiences where cops have arrested me and said one thing on what they arrested me for but once the prosecutor got a hold of it they worded it differently to fit their agenda am I believe it's still unlawful

  7. To become a cop you should have to go through at least the same amount of schooling if not more than it becomes to become a doctor and also that all that schooling should have to be in person no online b***** because when you're on the job you're not going to be online

  8. Auditors are the worst kind of Karen's, this officer was on a call and heard a bunch of shit from close, went to check it out and started getting shit from 2 people who were being jackasses, your not allowed to go shoot at nothing this moron literally read that law and the fact they they had a gun and were firing it at nothing gives them the right to ID someone 🤦

  9. These cops this make this s*** up as they go wonder why the general public has no respect for them at all down with the blue line but buddy system also

  10. They're in a residential area, there are likely noise or other ordinances that were violated since they were just shooting for shits and giggles.

  11. White Folks Target Practice all the time on there Property, and Police never come on there Property Guns Blazing Threatening there life. And Police never even Suggest there Violating a Noise Code. And these Officers should be FIRED for Blankly LYING about the ID LAW & The Noise statue Law. There Law Enforcement and should be Educating others on the TRUE LAWS, and not INTENTIONALLY LYING about Laws. Facts. And If Police don't Know Laws, they should be trying to Up hold them. That's really Significant cause they have Rights to Hurt and Kill people, and alot of times it's because they didn't Know The Law.
I Suggest that all Law Enforcement agents Should have some sort of Law License, before going out here with GUNS & DETERMINATION to hold other accountable for breaking laws that they don't Know or Understand. Facts. It's bad enough that most individual that apply for Police positions are usually people with extremely low IQs anyway. And did poorly in School. Also Facts.

  12. The judge ruled out the 4th amendment charged on the grounds he didn't say it was unlawful? He literally said this is not a stop and identify state multiple times when the officers claimed it was. They've said his claims of the breach of peace charge being a pretext was dismissed despite the fact the officer said they would go to jail for shooting a gun in the air, being smart, not identifying themselves and having no common sense before breach of peace was even uttered once.
How on earth does it make sense to not rule on a case because there is no previous case reports of relevant to the situation. Is that not saying because what your are doing isn't prohibited but police can arrest you and put you in a cell overnight because it wasn't directly stated to be a protected activity? And if they keep ruling cases dismissed because they haven't bothered to address it whenever it comes up won't this happen again and again?

  13. The fact that Police Officers are allowed to lie during all conversations, simply means NOTHING COMING OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS WILL BE TRUE. They can even make up Laws that have never existed, and arrest Citizens on unlawful charges. The only remedy to this tyranny, is to bring lawsuits against the department (at the Citizens expense) and litigate a case for many years… If the Citizen survives the inevitable retaliation.
