Rickson Gracie said when he did ice baths that he put his head under the water, which took him to another "dimension" I can't imagine, I have to try it, but "snorkeling in an ice bath is super f ing RAD and something Steve-O should try!!!!!!! 🥊 🥊 ❤️

13. The most difficult time I've had holding my breath underwater was the day i was hit by a boat going a bit over 20. I turned last second to see it coming my wave took a deep breath and dove. I didnt get far enough, i was struck by rhe fromt spun around and then sliced by the propeller, it chopped my right glute out, had broken femur, pelvis, sliced off hamstring. Through all that i managed to hold my breath and resurface being unable to use my legs. Was maybe only 30 seconds underwater but the fact I was able to hold a breath through that impact suprises me to this day.
