40 thoughts on “This Is How Lawsuits Are Made

  1. Thank you guys for educating us , my rights was violated many times by police long time ago and I was ignorant enough to let go .
    Not anymore !

  2. This "audit the audit" guy doesn't really care about these people, it's just easier to make a living being a parasite and offering commentary and opinions on traffic stop videos. "Hey people, send me money on my Patreon!" Why didn't I think of doing this? This gives me a great idea, I can start making videos about health code violations at Restaurants. "Look, over there are rat droppings, better file a lawsuit! Now send me some fucking money!!" If you're just giving this guy your money, where does it go? Does the money go into some legal fund to actually help anybody? Or is it just beer money for this hack? Might as well be pissing into the wind.

  3. Blah blah blah….. COPS JUST SUCK and waste people's time. And DO NOT protect and serve.. any fckin thing but thier ego….they get an F for FUCK YOU YOU SUCK…

  4. If police pulls me over, I do and will cooperate with their demands, even if their demands are unconstitutional and a mere violation of your rights, I comply and I proceed with respectful manners. I will not consent a search on my body or my vehicle. I will rather have a k9 come and sniff nothing. Never consent police to search you will never know if a cop with the same malice as former deputy sheriff Zachary Wester. I will deal with those officers in a later date where we both could be heard with prove about the entire incident. Most police officers are good men, well trained to protect society with integrity and with competence. Although there are a few that the badges go to their head and a mind if their own begins to blossom, those are the idiots with badges.

deal with those off date when they are not in
    command and talk when they
are told not when they want.
Most police officers are men of integrity, fathers, sons, brother

  5. drug dogs other than at airport and borders should be ended. we have all seen incorrect signals and the handler training dog to point or lying that dog indicates drugs and dogs are used as weapons so much and also left to die in hot cop cars all the time

  6. blows my mind when cops say u are shaking and nervous and that's suspicious. I go in full panic mode when surrounded by heavily armed armored people known to frame and kill and that get away with it and that the court will believe over what my story is. they are an armed threat and not our friend

  7. To the cops in this video: You both lost your jobs and your freedom for discrimination against law-abiding citizens; violation of civil and human rights; violation of police department policies, practices, and procedures; violation of state, local, and federal laws, and violation of the Constitution of the United States of America. Also, you both racially profiled a law-abiding citizen.

  8. I think they had made the dog alert some way, or they just lied. They were sure he had something on him because he wasn't cooperating with their "investigation." It was clear from how they said they didn't care about traffic crimes, that they were profiling him. This most likely was the reason they were observing him so close to begin with, as to even pick up on the minor traffic violations. I wouldn't be surprised if they had followed him for a second looking for a respn to initiate a stop. You can hear them when they don't find anything and they are shocked, they don't say "hmm man that's weird that the dog alerted." Instead they whisper, it sounds like one of them muffles the mike someway, and they say I think hes a soverign citizen. Which is someone who opposes goverment power. I think they were saying basicly if he didn't have anything why did he just sit around and wait and refuse to answer all our questions. To me it pretty much confirms that the whole basis of their stop was racial profiling. Then they took his refusal to cooperate as some type of street code or something, and an indicator of guilt. It's inconsievable that a citizen could be simply be upset that their rights were being trampled.

  9. Police officers should act in a manner that doesn't say "I feel every citizen is a criminal and I'm going to do everything I can to prove myself right". They are supposed to be peace officers FFS. But their thug and gang mentality begs to differ. We need change in policing.

With that said, I've had family members as Police officers and even listening to them talk about their line of work makes me sick. They really are the biggest gang and get off on brutality and being a menace to the general population. It's truly sad.

  10. It's funny how these cops are always afraid but when they pull over a WHT person noticed how nice they are even when getting shit but the WHT person look up the vid of the young WHT drunk kid that just wanted to go home then he shoots both cops then leaves.

  11. My god! I’d be terrified if two cops approached me with that kind of aggression! I can’t imagine how this black male felt!

The cop said’ you’re acting funny, why are you shaking?’ Because he’s terrified he won’t walk away alive from two crazy cops!
