It's funny when you think about how the band members didn't get along and even had hate towards slipknot in its entirety during the iowa recording sessions an managed to make their most memorable and badass album amongst their entire catalog with perhaps only contested by the self titled album.its bizarre really the less thoughts and more raw emotions and anger something has it actually ends up modern art.

I feel like now hear me out on this I been listening to slipknot since 99.i feel as though when slipknot makes something that instead of sounds relatable an something the listener can relate to but rather something entirely out of nowhere that sounds like utter insanity with little or no thought to the listeners emotions but something to trash a room to and break everything in your path because now you feel insane but in a good way you feel aggression to whatever obstacles try an block your path because you now feel godlike after listening it's just that experience and power the music gave you regardless of if it makes sense in today's world an politics.thats the slipknot that made us all fall in love.the iowa an self titled just something about them hit the right nerve to face whatever however.even recent songs like chapeltown rag and all out life had the right direction but they need more songs like that.look outside your window may just be that very similar iowa experience we all been waiting for.we don't need more politically correct down to earth music just need more bang your head fuck social norms an society music.
