I have been incarcerated probably 10 times in my life fighting to legalize and proliferate the availability of cannabis for all, and appreciate someone stepping up to educate people about the current struggles against corporate America taking over the industry. I, my family, friends, and associates have sacrificed time out of our lives to fight for the right to use this fantastic flower and I'll be damned if at the moment they change the government's view on the substance I'm going to fade away into the night for the billionaires to determine the future of the herb.

24. Great work here! We need some coverage on the regulatory capture happening here in Connecticut. Our medical landscape is gridlocked in a similar manner and our social equity council has failed in every way to roll out a successful program for applicants.

25. LMC, remember the Canopy River? You did a video on it. It changed its name to RIV Capital which has recently bought one (Etain Health) of the only 10 vertically integrated licensed in New York. RIV Capital plans to expand its dispensaries from 4 to 8 and build a state of the art cultivation facility in New York. It plans to bring in west coast brands to New York. RIV Capital is currently back by Scotts Miracle Gro.

28. crazy… I wish I knew the best answer. I do believe in the social equity theory. Those that have fought the fight, paid serious prices in some cases, deserve to have the first shot at legal. But they need help to run biz. Advisors could be made available so that they don't fail. I don't want the big biz, to me Big Pharma again, destroying everything we want from full legal. 30. Albany is very corrupt. State Senate especially. The wording of our laws is vague to give the corporate lawyers an opportunity to argue it in their favor in the courts. That’s in the rare case they don’t get what they want.

Iam out here and it’s a sht show…I’ve been in retail sales for over 25 years and I switched over to cannabis and have a delivery mobile dispensary operating in Brooklyn everybody wants to get into the business in New York people like faces it’s personal and let’s not talk about how finicky and Picky everyone over here is..lol..you have over 5000 bodegas I would say you break them up 2500 Dominican 2500 Arab owned the risk is so minimal that’s exactly where the majority of the distribution is going to happen and it’s happening right now and you alsoUnderstand that this is a business highly controlled by criminal elements there’s no security and no order everybody’s fighting for a piece of the pie and before corporate America comes and takes over these young kids are not gonna let that happen New Yorkers are resilient did he take kindly to strangers..
