0:00 Intro
0:05 Customer drove it in like this. They ended up getting a new tire installed.
0:12 Differentials, transmissions, etc.. will have vents on them. In this case, the customer connected the feed line from the tank (supposed to go to the fuel tank) to the vent on the rear differential which filled it full of fuel and caused it to leak out.
0:26 No extra info.
0:33 The technician said this vehicle was a Skoda (didn’t mention the model). The underside was completely coated in mud. The mud was dry and the CV axles were rubbing against the dry mud as well.
0:46 They cut the grass off of the driveshaft and removed it from underneath and the vibration/smell went away.
0:58 Definitely not the way to do a “lift kit” The shop refused to do the alignment once they saw this.
1:11 Kia (did not mention model). Where the rear sub-frame bolts to the car it’s rusted off. This could be fixed by a good metal fabricator if you really wanted to repair it.
1:27 This lowered Jeep just came in for a service at this GM dealership but it was too low to lift it on the lift and had some questionable modifications done to it.
1:39 A piece of metal was stuck in the little flap behind this tire and rubbing against the tire causing this “violin” noise. The customer needed new tires as well and got them installed.
1:50 The technician said: “Towed in. “CS can’t accelerate, CEL on”. I’ve seen a few get bugs trapped in the MAF, so I pop the air filter cover off to discover this. Confronted the customer, and asked. He says he saw it on the Prius forums as a DIY K&N filter upgrade, along with a prefilter. Yes, it’s soaked in ATF.” ATF = Automatic transmission fluid.
2:02 Customer declined the rest of the work to get done on it after the technician notified the customer. They said they fix it themselves.
2:20 2800 engine hours. 2400 idle hours.
The customer paid to get a new engine installed.
2:31 The customer did not mention anything about this when it came in and wanted it re-installed. He said it caused no issues.
2:41 The customer did not get a new oil pan installed and the dealership did not warranty it.
2:54 The person who made this is a fabricator and said it took him quite a while to make. He would suggest never building this and should have installed the engine in the back instead as it’s too much power for an FWD (transmission from an Impala).
3:10 Outro. Thanks for watching!

  1. That man ruined a perfectly good Beetle by tossing a V8 in there. May sound cool but it will also drive like sh*t. And if he was dumb enough to use the VW transaxle, it won't be fun for long.

  2. That bug with the LS4 was badass NGL lol!!!! If any car was made for those fake plastic balls hanging off the hitch on the back – it's that bug – and yea – with that engine – you SHOULD install a toe hitch on the back of it LOL!!!

  3. I work Roadside assistance and see this kind of stuff all the time. So many people don't have a clue on how to maintain a car. They burn perfectly good motors up because they don't how to put oil in.

  4. Dude nobody did that you gotta be kidding me this is the worst click bait I've seen in a while you gotta be desperate man geez does anybody actually believe this guy has a customer who was this dumb not on your life man smh wow

  5. 40 years ago, cars still had manuals that allowed you to adjust the ignition timing and carburetor. Today there are only warnings about the car that you should not drink the contents of the battery.

  6. My buddy had a pos ford ranger with a bad leaf spring bushing. The parts store gave him the wrong bushing and it was late in the day so we made one out of an entire roll of reflective tape and jammed the bolt through it. Damn thing held for years. Sometimes we hack our way to victory.

  7. not surprised by anything,my neighbor had steel showing on a steer tire it was also leaking air there he used plumbers putty and masking tape said he just needed to go to the store,he made it home on the rim.

  8. Hey, gotta give the tire repair some credit! Duct tape and screws? GENIUS!!!! For the life of me, I can’t understand why nobody else has thought of this before? Wonder if they used wood screws or self tapping metal screws? Rubber screws may be the thing of the future?😂

  9. In the UK vehicles are required to have an MOT test. Are vehicles tested in the US only it amazes me the crazy state of these cars being on the road.
