So let me get this straight , this apparently illusive killer , went all those ways to cover his tracks, with water , fire and what have you … However when banged up with a fellow inmate shared all his secrets with him , so much so the cell mate snitch was able to document a catalog with animations of his crimes and work with the FBI for months , all under his nose in his own cell … I mean he couldn’t of been that good at covering his tracks now could he ?
