A family locked their 9-year-old kid outside in a dog kennel for months, even when it was freezing! Local deputies in North Carolina received an anonymous tip and found the boy wearing a t-shirt and jeans with no shoes in 28 degree weather. They found him at 7 am and he had reportedly been locked in since 10:30 the night before. The boy told police that he didn’t have a room in the house and had been living outside since April.

That's what happened to the Russian little girl. She was feral. They'd left her out there with the dogs who actually protected her fed her and gave her warmth unlike her garbage human parents. Firing squads are still needed.
