Why is there so much hostility from the start on both sides? The cop could just have said hi and expressed his concerns and the cowboy could have been nicer in schooling him. This aggression is getting people killed over nothing!

I have concluded that these cops have no idea of what the local laws are. How can you be a cop if you have no idea what the laws are you are upholding?
Test them with the local laws like you do for new immigrants. If they can't pass the laws and statutes tests, they canNOT be a cop. Simple.
And give them attitude adjustments. If they're proven wrong, cops apologize and move on. It's not that hard.

This was stupid and seriously dangerous for the officer to scare the horse like that the horse could have panicked and seriously caused that officer major injury if it didn't keep calm.

A horse is not a motor vehicle, you don't need a driver's license to ride a horse. Also it is not against the law to ride a horse down the street.
I keep asking to not getting recommended this channel don't hate it but hate to see laws broken with only a word or a may so never feel the civilians in the right never feel there in the right because the ending is always either ongoing or nothing happened
