30 thoughts on “Man Defends His Family From Power Tripping Security

  1. Hey do you get revenge on cops who mess with people gor no reason??? I keep being slammed against cars and cuffs thrown on me because the cops where i live are crooked and clermont county is the most powerful county around here and no lawyer wants to go against them…wtf do i do man

  2. This is your worst commentary to date. Mr. Family initialized a hostile harassment of the security guard (the security guard's unprofessional demeanor not withstanding) which in some states would undoubtedly be illegal, though I am not familiar with KY law regarding security professionals.

Mr. Family should have been trespassed.

Unfortunately, the liberal SCOTUS has given police officers the ability to lie during commission of their duties.

  3. Dude what the heck is even that dude barely could walk up before catching a breathe I don’t mean to be a dick cause I was fat once but come on your an officer what are you gonna do if your partners life depends on you an you can’t reach him in time just sad

  4. First of all, we do not know what happened to trigger the contact anyway. If the man’s wife or his kids were being loud in the theater, if they were being disruptive in a way to where other patrons could not enjoy the event, the establishment has every right in the world to demand that they leave. Everything lackluster is saying in the near ration, however is correct but we still do not have all of the facts. I work in security as well, and some security guards act like you’re tired more authority than they think they do but that’s due to poor training however, in the state that I work in the security officer, his legal term is he is the property owners designee meaning he is speaking on behalf of the property owner. He is acting with the property owners permission. So on private property, they do have a little bit of authority.

  5. I have watched many of your videos for some time now. why most of the time there is no outcome? Understandably that some of the videos don't have enough time to be finalized, however, older ones do. a link in the description or something will help. Are you going to go back and update your videos? The lack of outcome/result leaves me with an unsatisfying feeling, as a result making me reluctant to watch anymore.

  6. I never go to malls anymore because of security guards like that one. A maintenance man knocked a till of the wall at a Florida mall someplace south of Tallahassee (I don't remember what it's called as it was just a meeting place for a friend). The mall security herd the sound and thought my son broke something and approached him and blamed him for damages he didn't even fucking confirm first. I explain where the sound came from and he immediately told me to be quiet. Let me tell you, when he acted like I was just going to let him take my 12!year old son to some security room. I pointed at the broken tile and the maintenance guy sending right there and said talk to him about it cause we're leaving, if you try to stop us I'll fuck you up. He turned to the maintenance guy who confirmed it at that moment as me and my sun walked away. I did not give a flying fuck about a follow-up. We left and never visited any mall ANYWHERE ever since.

  7. I love that you know the LAW. BUT… After watching audit the audit for a lil bit now I want less of ur legal statutes and more of the vid ur showing. I like this content but fall asleep when you explain the laws or past court cases.

  8. There’s a video where a cop is blocking the entrance to a hospital and then gives a ticket to someone who honked at him trying to enter the hospital!!! Do a video on that please!!
