Perhaps break it down in to categories like "over all winner" "most persuasive arguments" stuff like that. This way you could actually effect the outcome of the voting. You could even do a preliminary poll before the show, to use the results as a control, and compare those results to your debate results.

I recently lost my beloved cat who was not an ordinary cat and it has hit me very hard but watching you guys help bring some light in this dark time especially with the pandemic too.
