Slim Jesus still secures the spot as one of the most highest viewed interviews on @vladtv channel. Why is this? Well its because he was so controversial at the time he came out in 2014-2015. At this time, it wasn’t as common as it is today for rappers to get famous off falsely repping a fake persona. Rappers like Tekashi 69, CJ, and Lil Mabu – have sorta made it norm to go viral for repping territories that aren’t their’s. In this video, we’ll talk about the OG in this space, Slim Jesus, who ruined his career when the honesty came out.

The game and most these rappers lame a f
I remember his song "warning shots" being harder than anything coming outta Chicago at that time,or even years ahead. Still just a parody rapper though.
Hip-hop culture is the most ass backwards mess of nonsense. People hate this kid cause he's just making music and NOT legitimately killing and robbing people? Makes sense 🙄
Slim sucks but better than the island girls I meant boys
0:24 i dont think a single person over the age of 12 believed he was a real gangsta
He aint ruin sht. he been a ghostwriter for years now, he stay paid
Slim Glizzy
Music for deaf people, fashion for blind people
Some claimed he was Eminem's retarded brother Skittles.😂🤣🤣 i actually laughed out loud!!😆😄
Lil mouse ?🐁
Frank blocks biggest demon
Frank block is Franklin street I know cause I live on this street just a few blocks from this "frank block. I know this kid lol.
I took him as seriously as lil taytay or whatever that nonsense was
9:15 he shoulda said "Yeah, on some street shit, I drove on one before".
Everyone knew but kids were streaming his shit so he got to hold the bag for a while
Wanting Rappers to really be gangsters is like wanting actors to really be whatever they play.
And do they really want rappers turn gangster to be real rather than "gangsters" waking up from killing each other for nothing.
Also with D4vd everyone is upset and cant listen when its about a real murder, but gang violence is an essential for realness?
Most of these other rappers are even more fake and keep selling lies and people act like they're the realest out there
Forever! Ironically one of the realest drill rappers there ever was
His brother skittles lmao
anyone who thinks that interview had any effect on his longevity is a moron. dude was a meme before memes never went away, was never gonna have that staying power.
I think Drill Time is a solid track. The beat goes hard. The vocals work and are different from everything else that was out. Made for World Star. I love how there's a disclaimer at the beginning of the video that essentially says "I'm not actually banging" but everyone was still acting all shocked when they found out he's not banging. I think that's a testament to how hard that track goes.
Honestly if I was him and being a gangster and not to rap about it rather not lie about it
Having a gun doesn't make you a gangster. But holding it sideways, does😅
career died but he still alive tho, its a win
slim is real
Honestly smart af he didn’t claim nothing
I lie to lol if u know u know why tell on yo self
sick of these wack ass book report commentary vids. make some art or something valuable. ad money is slow money.
Most rappers are sweet. They got did in their but for success. They compare that to a guy who has BEEN saying he’s not a gangster. They always pick small weaker targets. They go after the radio guy but not the ops.
