To many people can’t handle the affect but also there’s people with extreme tolerances especially chronic medical users there are waste balance out tolerance but as long as they don’t make it lol like with edibles, I don’t see nothing wrong with it having a cap on the Thc and the lounges but there are just some people that use more than the average person because their system breaks it down differently there’s even doctors that prescribe more than they do to some people because of that
