I flew out to Miami to learn all about a huge scam in the real estate investing community involving an investor named Greg Parker. Huge thanks to Tony the Closer for assisting in the making of this video.

30 thoughts on “I Investigated a MASSIVE Real Estate Investing Scam

  1. I remember wanting to get into Real Estate investing after hearing a Than Merrill ad on the radio. I went to the event and at the end they wanted you to pay $200 for a weekend crash course. Right then and there I knew that shit was a scam. I want to Real Estate school years later and my instructor advise me that most of Real Estate investors with no licenses are scammers…

  2. Greg & Nikki burnt my exes mom out of 40 grand. She invested in a property in Cleavland, Ohio that never came to pass. After several months went by of her calling & them giving her the runaround she requested her money back. At that point she was blocked on one phone & the other number was disconnected. The story Greg was telling her when he was spinning her. Was that he was waiting on the city of Cleavland to give him the “title” to the property she thought was hers.

  3. spencer as you know there are tons of companies that do this to some level in virtually every rust belt city in the US and deep south. how do I find your contact info I have a few others that would make great episodes for you.

  4. I remember when he was mentioned on Love & HipHop and one of the cast members (I think it was Chrissy) said she did “real estate” business with him.

In one scene, she had to stand up and apologize to the group because their money was gone.

If it makes it to L&HH, it won’t last.

  5. That’s their fault though. I want to feel sorry for the customers but y’all just let anyone sell you hopes and dreams instead of putting in the damn work yourselves. Literally everything that he claims he’s teaching, you can do your own research online and learn yourself but they’re too gullible and lazy, so they rather just give someone the money and let them do it. I started attending sheriff sales in Philly at 21 years old. Used my tuition refund check to buy by first vacant lot from the auction and it was up from there. Kept flipping until I cashed out on my first investment property and fixed it up little by little. Do the work and learn the business instead trying to get rich quick with these fake gurus. I guarantee he made most of his money by selling education and scamming investors rather than actually making it from real estate.
