Not listening to you moron is NOT ILLEGAL.
Is not listening a felony or a misdemeanor? Threatening to taze him over a head light? Officer safety, right? That cop already knowing the bike rider’s name makes one think retaliation or harassment. Isn’t obstruction a secondary charge? Has that cop been promoted yet? Probably so.
That cop knows good and got damned well that he didn't stoo that man for a bike light. The fucking lies cops tell.

Not sure why audit spends so much time on the initial reason for the stop compared to the fact that he in no way resists. Whether or not there was justication for a stop and detainment or not, there inarguably was zero resistance

Even if he was riding bike without a light and that was a crime, it's outrageous any cop would decide it warranted a response like this. Immediately threatening to escalate to physical violent force and cuffing and arresting? Outrageous.

why do you guys in america, entertain deeply corrupt police as having any semblance of legitimacy of carrying out law on behalf of the people. these outright criminal gangmembers should be funneled to the gallows rather than being allowed to continue to molest the law and rights of citizens. challenging them legally and legitimately has been made uninhabitable for normal people to perform. and with this they can continue to abuse their citizens uncontested for eternity with out fear, when in fairness they should absolutely be fearing the gallows for comitting crimes and violations. swift justice for the people needs to become easier, so that the corrupt police can be held in line. There is just not a few bad apples, but orchards of dying rotten festering appletrees, dripping with maggot infested rotten fruit. the ground is poisoned, and the soil is dead.

He wasn't riding a bike and he didn't resist. This cop is a POS. And he stated "for arguing" when asked what he was being arrested for.
When the cop got out of the car the second time James asked why he was being arrested and the cop said "for arguing with me." That's the real reason the cop arrested him.
