8. I feel like I'm old enough to witness history repeating itself and recognizing old scam methods getting refreshed but young enough to understand the new technologies they're scamming with. But older folks just fall for it, and younger generations too.

Method can change, but in core its always about exploiting people trust and good intentions. You dont need "AI" to scam people, you dont need computer or any skills, besides social. Thats all.

28. These are not frauds in their minds, they seriously believe the 'fake it until you make it' mantra that would be the definition of scam for us common folks.

30. Fraudulent Crypto exchanges will continue as long as the authorities don’t put celebrities in jail for their parts the play. They should be charged as conspirators, since they are payed millions of dollars to defrauded their fan base. So don’t point your fingers at the FTC, since they did not encourage you to stupidly hand over your money.

Also, FTX's tokenized stocks, that were supposedly backed 1:1 by real shares but actually weren't, were being used to create locates for shares that were being sold short, essentially being naked shorts (shares being sold short without having locates available.) If you look during the Gamestop squeeze around January 28th 2021, this is when they started making Tokenized stocks, and Gamestop Tokenized stocks were created by the millions, but without any shares backing them. These were used to short the stock, and is part of the reason why FTX went bankrupt (aside from SBF gambling with users money) and also how hedge funds like Citadel and Susquehanna were able to short the stock so aggressively after the squeeze.
