a friend of mine is running a hydro store, im growing tomatos and chillies. i buy my organic ferts and stims at big ag stores. what ive found out is that all these hydrostore nutes are much overpriced and on top also watered down. also bactos and mycos are much more concentrated and much cheaper at ag stores.
he dont belive me and we made a test grow on tomatos. he was freaking out about the results!

Most overlooked interview out here . Both of these guys have gave me info that have changed my game going forward on how I totally think on defol, steering and not topping . Using light intensity to manipulate plant growth to keep the tops down and lowers up in veg . Tried and true practices that are swelling my lowers like I’ve never seen
The goal is removing bad stress like over defoliating and introducing good stress like osmotic stress . Saving labor n time
I get that people aspire to this, but I really would love to see craft farmers on here. This was still great, as always. No til kings were closest to what is like to see, besides the smuggler stories.
This episode is infinitely more valuable than the various the gang/cartel fronts y’all have been giving a platform. Education/game from decent people > 7th grade dropout, gang slave or cardboard standup front man stroking their dick while giving slimy sales pitches for 2 hours.

1:08:50 wow what a great point. I agree. I think it was the shift with Covid that made more growers chase quantity over quality from street dudes all the way to corporate. Not to mention half the guys just started growing to catch a bag. Some never cared to grow the best to begin
