I interview Marc Randazza – my attorney – about the lawsuit Derek Moneyberg filed against me.

The Appellate Court finally ruled in our favor by granting the Anti-SLAPP, which means he’s about to owe me nearly $700,000.

We’re awaiting the official judgment.

  1. It's hard to describe how difficult this stupid lawsuit has been ever since I was sued June 21, 2021. It's been an incredibly challenging 5+ years. The amount of time, energy, money, and focus I've spent or lost dealing with this case has been tremendous and no amount of damages on a piece of paper can explain it. During many periods of time, I didn't want to be alive. Having to consistently pay every dollar I made into a frivolous lawsuit has taken so much from me.

This video was in some ways therapeutic. We won. And I get to share that with the world. This was my biggest win of my life. I still don't understand how I was able to reach the finish line financially, but I did. Miracles happen.

Huge thank you to everyone who supported me. From the people watching my videos to the people who sent money to my GoFundMe to the people who supported me in my private life, words can't describe just how thankful I am for the support. My goal has always been to return the favor in the future. My hope is that I can become a lawyer and help people in need if they ever get sued by a vexatious litigant like I have.

I hope you enjoy this video as this was 5 years in the making for me.

  2. I hope you get a check @spencercornelia it sucks you dealt with this. I sued someone for defamation and won and never saw a penny of it. People who say things like “just file a lawsuit” have no clue that you can spend hundreds of thousands, win, and still never see a fucking thing

  3. I sued TizzyEnt and the court CORRECTLY denied his anti SLAPP move. Accordingly, he never speaks on matters of public concern, and his speech is malicious and wreckless.

  4. Thinking this scumbag attorney gives any kind of fuck about you or the money you paid him is actually comical. He dont give a shit if you get your money back or not. All these attorneys are the same. Charging $1000-1500 an hour is fkin criminal. All these dudes want to do is milk every dollar they can from people

  5. Congrats Spencer! I can only imagine the RELIEF you felt getting a resolution, and more so a win. I was in a civil litigation for 2 1/2 years, a year in couldn’t afford the lawyer anymore, and fought it on my own the rest of the way and lost at summary judgment in January this year. NO ONE can really understand the mental fucks these situations put someone through. Only after, did I realize I was in a depression during that time period. Even worse because the judge went out of his way to completely disregard clear legal language and documents where I clearly had the law on my side. Someone told me, a judge will never rule against another attorney in favor of a pro se litigant. Today it still bothers me that I won’t recoup $$$ that is owed and sometimes think, I should try it again with a new attorney. Then I remind myself nope, not for a chance to lose out mentally and financially. And like you, it made me want to become a lawyer, lol, but yeah I doubt I go that route 😂 Anyway, congrats again, I’ll vicariously live through you 🎉

  6. The occasional unprofessional-ism from the lawyer was cracking me up. Perhaps he should keep that to his private life, though. 😂 Congrats on the legal wins and surviving the case

  7. I could see the hurt behind your eyes at the end, I’m glad you won and I hope you’re doing okay and you mentally, physically and financially recover to the best of your ability!
Love the content this was a great watch, you had one hell of a lawyer.
    Keep your head up 👍🏽

  8. Take whatever recommendation this guy gives you how best / cheapest effort for collecting on the judgement. I surmise IF you can find real estate in his name that would be easiest but for sure the scumbag has tried to judgement proof himself. Good luck.

  9. Congrats, dude. This gives me some hope. I'm in year 5 of a lawsuit (not SLAAP) and I'm definitely convinced that the system benefits those with money moreso than the "little guy".

  10. Congratulations Spencer
Your lawyer seems like a salt of the Earth dude. As you are as well

You'll do the world a whole lot more of good when you become a lawyer. Keep exposing these con men on your channel

    Cheers 🥂

  11. This is fascinating. I headed out for a walk and I usually switch to music but 40 minutes later in the Florida heat I am still listening. I'd pay your lawyer a $1,000 just to drink beer and tell me stories for an hour.

  12. I'm gonna get all the court records for this and run it against precedent we can

I'm joking people who are successful move forward and don't do vindictive shit like this

But it could happen any time you have a ton of videos that open you up to shit like this

    stop making negative content now

  13. Good for you, this dude Moneyburg sucks. I’m just starting the video but hopefully you got some sort of judgment for lawyers fees and court costs at least. We have to do more in this country to deter people from abusing both criminal and civil law. There has to be a better way.

  14. 3:42 sounds kind of you can cover the two hurdles by just putting a disclaimer at the beginning of every video saying something along the lines of "This video shows our current understanding at the time of recording, and despite being well researched some information may turn out to be incorrect."
