  1. Second caller, try and see if there’s workman’s comp you can get or some disability assistance.

If you can’t, just go to school for a well paying job but do your producer work on the side.

  2. To the guy who is trying to make a music career. As a DIY musician myself i can tell you there are so many barriers to entering more professional music. People gatekeep hard in music. So hard even locals will decide who they want to work with or not and even those losers are picky. Going to school isn't the best option but it's more about the people you meet rather than what you learn. Music is very hard to make a living off of, you will almost always need a dayjob unless you have constant paying jobs for playing, mixing, producing, and or recording. Good luck my dude

  3. Second caller, check out Blackbird University in Tennessee. One of the most respected institutions in the industry of audio education and their programs are only about $25,000 and take only 6 months. They have some pretty insane equipment and living legends teaching classes. You'll get all the experience you need, and make some of the greatest industry connections possible

  4. Quite the accomplishment man it definitely must’ve been a nice nostogic feel going back home after coming to recognize the path you had made from a single decision! Thank you from
The bottom of our hearts geck. Truly yo!

  5. I moved in with my husband after three months. Sometimes you get lucky 🤷‍♂️ i definitely wouldn't recommend ot though. We both acknowledged we were taking a risk but love won lol

  6. "I'm not sure if I should take out a bunch of student loans and live off of that or just give up and live in a tent." is not something I would say if things were going well

  7. To the 28 year old considering moving to Canada, DON’T. I know this exact type chick, she move on to different dudes over and over again. Do turn your life upside down for someone that isn’t equally as excited about the prospect of you two starting a life together. Sounds like she’s about 20% in and you’re 100%. Move on and look at it like this, you dodged a huge bullet and didn’t have to uproot your life. Good luck

  8. Never co-sign or rent a place with both your names on the agreement it can be a nightmare if you end up wanting to leave or find out you don't actually like that person/ they're crazy but now you can't really leave…
