6. To the guy who is trying to make a music career. As a DIY musician myself i can tell you there are so many barriers to entering more professional music. People gatekeep hard in music. So hard even locals will decide who they want to work with or not and even those losers are picky. Going to school isn't the best option but it's more about the people you meet rather than what you learn. Music is very hard to make a living off of, you will almost always need a dayjob unless you have constant paying jobs for playing, mixing, producing, and or recording. Good luck my dude
