it looks like your burning them its not light if its at the bottom

That appears more like a problem with soil moisture, you can see that top is dusty. It may be light burn from lack of fresh water and you even said it that you haven't watered since potting. I'm certain the plants will start praying again minutes after you water them next. The organics and microbes will struggle if you let the pots dry back too far like below 40% and will cause slow downs. You may wanna toss them some carbs like recharge next watering.
Why did the burn happen in the lower growth?
Let me tell you that growth adapts to the conditions (including light) at the time that the leaves are formed. So the lower leaves are formed during a time of lower light, so they cannot adapt to higher light conditions. Hence, the burn, when you crank the light.
