Alford Plea is Gunna states that he does NOT admit anything but also concedes that they have enough evidence to convict him. Usually the DA allows it if they don't think they have a solid case or that person is too low in the hierarchy

43. 8:46 For context Gunna took his plea deal without telling on anyone. Once they were wrapping up the plea the Judge asked him to confirm that YSL is organized crime. He had already took his plea he wasn't suppose to have to say anything. But the judge asked and he felt compelled to speak on it I guess. and he said "YES"!!!! His lawyer shouldn't have allowed for that to happen, it never happens and it appears he was tricked or something! The only messed up part is I wish he had the awareness to understand what was happening or just lied and said NO! This is why he feel he was tricked!
