  1. Thank you. Carnivorous and keto work depending on who you are genetically. You have to do the pounding in the gym. If you don't do the pounding, you will clog up.

  2. This is like my 5th comment, I'm really enjoying this great podcast!!
I and my wife of 44 years both have had Big Calves, totally genetic I guess, we are both 63.
I don't think about it until people comment, whatever – –

  3. Even if you don't abuse Test, and take it as prescribed your red blood cell count will increase when taking Test. If you abuse Test and take too much your red blood cell count will get thick, not good for your circulatory system, right. So the easy & health fix is to simply donate blood. Double check, but I'm sure a healthy person can donate blood once per quarter (every 3 months) probably sooner.

  4. Is HGH, human growth hormone, actually a sterroid?
Regardless, it does work. It takes a few weeks to balance out in your system before you'll notice any results. The results are that after a hard work out, the next day you will feel good to go, because HGH repairs the micro muscle tear from your work out. I took it for 2 1/2 years. It helps you recover in half the time! HGH is a totally different animal from Test. I wish I could still afford to buy it but those days are long gone for me 🙂

  5. Adderall 20mg twice per day, I took from 2020 and quit cold turkey March 2024 without any withdrawal or any issues. One day at work in 2020 I was dragging mentally, my co-worker said "try this", which I did without question, ha. It was a 10mg Adderall. In about 10 minutes it hit me like a miracle drug, I felt as if I was using 100% of my brain, getting so much desk work done that afternoon – – it was insame. So at my next quarterly doc appmnt I told my doc about it and asked for a script – – he gave me a script for 10mg, two per day as needed. Fact is after just a couple more days of taking the Adderall it never affected me much at all. My doc increased to 20mg tabs, two per day as needed. They didn't do anything for me but I continued to take them until my quarterly appointment in March 2020. I told doc they weren't helping and I asked for a higher dose. Doc said "no we have to be careful due to my age", 58 at that time, he explained how Adderall could be bad for your heart if you push it. I took the script but didn't fill it. I just quit taking the Adderall and started drinking my coffee slightly stronger, seems to work fine.
So everytime people talk about how awesome Adderall is and/or how addictive it is, I remember how to me Adderall was a total JOKE and def not addictive for me. I realize everyone's system is different, just sayin.

  6. I had to stop listening…. but 30 min in it sounds like bunk…. I am so sick of beating up on transgender… HOW can YOU PRESUME TO KNOW ANYTHING about how they feel…… I'm sick of this crap….

  7. He says there is no down side of testosterone like there is many drugs. The down side of taking it is that your body then stops producing it and eventually loses the ability to do so.

  8. I know stuff about Kratom that nobody knows yet…It kills and even prevents infections and viruses..Recent research actually showed it killed the new covid strain and made it unable to spread..That’s just one tiny example of its capabilities..It also helps your body naturally target and get rid of cancer cells…I’ve personally used it for other infections and it works better than pharmaceuticals or over the counters… This is why it’s actually getting banned pretty messed up!!

  9. $h!t% Ride in the wrecking ball Throwing midgets wrestling in your birthday suit . That's some funny
My ½ azz listening skill bust out laughing funny azz $¿!t ! 😂 bwahahahaaaa!

  10. Growth Hormone absolutely helps build muscle. There is a reason EVERY pro bodybuilder uses it. The thing with growth is that it’s a slow burn. You have to take it for a long time and a lot of it to build muscle. But even at a therapeutic dose 2-4iu is great for hair, skin nails, recovery and sleep. I’m usually on board with what most of what Chris says but he was way off on this one.

  11. Something they said about Bruce Jenner and his excessive testosterone use made it click in my mind…when you take large amounts of testosterone your body signals to stop making as much…apparently it greatly reduced his natural production…and now I’m wondering if that caused him to have SO much of a reduction that it affected his ability to still feel like a man. Did Bruce Jenner’s quest for a gold medal drive his male hormonal production to eventually cease and cause him to want to be a woman?
