The Second Amendment should be struck from the constitution due to collective forfeiture. It’s been an illegal “right” for over 120 years, since we passed a federal law banning militias in 1903. That’s knowing, intentional waiver. I’d argue that the Constitution implicitly authorizes militias the same way it implicitly authorizes the death penalty. If you cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process, then you can be deprived of life with due process. Saying it’s unconstitutional to ever deprive someone of life is bullshit, and same applies to militias. Private militias, not a state run “Florida Militia” that just helps with disaster relief and nonviolent shit like that which never involves killing anyone.

Do you want to let Antifa be a militia and be allowed to assassinate anyone it wants? You know, this podcast should open up everyone's eyes to really understand why people say "the system is rigged against you", its because all the money that really should be going to you as a citizen in order to help fix the general economy , is actually going to bogus things that don't serve the people nor the united states as a whole.
