(first incident) I don't agree with your grade on the elderly woman… She could have been lying about everything, including her mental health conditions. She was aggressive and non cooperative. First time I think I disagreed with a grade. I would have thought a C would be more appropriate
Training and oversight are key, mistakes like these are preventable with the right protocols in law enforcement agencies.
