Yes here in Arizona. water is high out of tap, 300-600ppm its different everyday. A rev osmosis is a must trying to grow indoors
By the way, you have no signs of overwatering…
Red stems is usually phosphorous deficiency, especially in early flower. Early flower is when plants will demand the most Phosphorous. So it makes total sense. They aren't like all red so I wouldn't stress it too much. Adding dry amendments is futile because it'll take too long before they're available and by that point they will be needing more Potassium than Phosphorous (late flower). I personally do a compost tea with Seabird Guano when I want to increase Phos in early flower. Or you could just add Rock Phosphate to water, very soluble.
Your plants look way better every run man. They're looking crazy healthy, those stalks are massive. Looking like trees!
