Makes sense she got made fun cause her parents line on profession so it was her chance to humiliate someone. And take control back. I agree it’s crazy a kid doing that at that age. But she’s straight up justifying her action by shaming her. Huge red flag she’s someone who will never take any accountability…

31. first caller is selfish. it's not her fault her friend was abused bc that fault lies with the parents who abused her but the caller still has no empathy for the girl who was subjected to long term abuse. she should not reach out bc she only wants her guilt soothed. the kid was publicly ritually humiliated by her mum and that scars deeply.

She clearly is concerned about the way it affected this girl who is now an adult woman, she wouldn't have thought about it this long if it didn't bother her. We don't even know this woman, why put words in her mouth. The actions of the adults in this story is the most appalling- here's a girl who is a child being exploited by other children, that another child posted about for petty reasons, lets tell our daughter that she was justified, and with the other parents, let's send her away but the boys will have no consequences- that's what's disturbing to me.

38. Ah, the old classic middle school 3 way. Wait a minute… she said middle school. It's probably a safe wager that victim's life had already been pretty ruined, but this sounds like the nail in the coffin. Honestly it was probably a good thing she got sent off at that age IF, and only IF, she was able to get the help that she needed, but I am guessing from saying that these actions ruined her life that she probably didn't get all the assistance she needed. Hope she's in a better place now.
    Also not sure why I got this suggested nearly a year after it came out. Dear god what did I do for the algorythm to think, "oh boy, he'll love this horrific story about middle school 3 ways by 11 year olds getting exposed over insulting a Lisa Frank folder." Kids are so mean, especially to the kids having the worst times already.
    Hopefully the caller sucked it up, stopped being scared of a well deserved bad reaction, and actually calls the victim with a real sincere apology. Not to make her feel better as the intended result, but to do the smallest and easiest thing possible to try and offer the victim some sort of peace and possible closure.
