The true walk the shame. How embarrassing
I am so lucky to be in a position to be able to do this but my response would have been "I do not consent to searches or seizures, I will not resist if you try to arrest me, and I will now remain silent". I'm lucky to be able to take a ride without worrying about anything, but most people need to go to their job tomorrow or they'll end up fired. I won't. So I totally get it if people don't wanna take the ride, but I'd be thrilled to do so. 😂
There is no such thing as a "stop and ID state".

So they are searching for a possibly armed dangerous individual, investigate someone who they determine isn't the guy and decide to waste time getting his ID instead of finding the dangerous one… and they get a C? From what i found a C grade is a passing grade in US

This Sgt is so obviously and blatently lying about a fake 911 call in which a citizen stated there was a person in a vest and was openly carrying a firearm. There is absolutely and without any doubt, the fact that the cops would NEVER have approached the "suspicious person with a gun" so casually or especially without every single pistol, submachine gun, shotgun, rifle, assault weapon, machine gun, basooka, rpg, mortor, howitzer, tank, attack aircraft, destroyer, aircraft carrier, bombs AND…yes, Nuclear Warhead they had at their disposal pointing directly at his head.
Why cops lie so much is an infuriating mystery. It also negates them being thought of as "the good guys" in my opinion.

That is one law the GOVERNMENT wants the UNITED STATES to change is the stop an I.D. law. They want the CITIZENS to have to do what they are told by anyone who wrkes for the Government or in any form of a public servant. They wan them to be able to treat the CITIZENS how they want to and have no way of being held accountable for their actions
5 police officers to question this guy give a hard time he dispels their suspicions but more cops keep showing up to help the cause get the ID get that fixed.
Seems to me this boils down to, does a 911 call count as reasonable suspicion? I’m of the opinion of: no. If If someone calls the cops on you saying you have a gun and they show up and see you don’t have a gun, that should be the end of it. Needs to an official rule/law/whatever.
